ERG and SP Explore Synergies in Innovation, Skills, and Workforce Transformation

A 19-member delegation from Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) visited Singapore Polytechnic (SP) on 3 December 2025 to explore opportunities in digital transformation, talent development, and strategic collaboration. The visit began with SP’s 5G Learning Journey, where delegates experienced how 5G and AIoT technologies are reshaping industries through ultra-low latency, high-speed connectivity, and real-time intelligent systems across facilities management, manufacturing, urban solutions, and sustainability.

The delegation then toured the Advanced Manufacturing Centre Learning Journey, structured around the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI)—Singapore’s national framework for guiding Industry 4.0 transformation. They explored the Digitalization Zone showcasing integrated digital workflows, the Integrated Zone featuring collaborative robots and connected systems, and the Smart Zone demonstrating digital twins, real-time analytics, and AI-enabled optimisation.

Mr Toh Ser Khoon, Managing Director of Singapore Polytechnic International, introduced SP’s education pathways, CDIO-based curriculum, SP Industry Exchange Model, and SP Company & Workforce Transformation initiatives. The visit fostered meaningful exchanges and fresh ideas, paving the way for impactful partnerships that will drive innovation and workforce transformation.
