  • May to December 2010
    Capability Development for Competency‐based Assessment in Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project


    This Temasek Foundation‐funded project for the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) Vietnam was designed to develop a formal assessment system for competency‐based curriculum in tier one technical colleges in Vietnam. At project close, a total of 20 Principals and Vice‐Principals have been trained I the overview of assessment systems and procedures.


  • August 2008 to July 2011
    Capability Development in Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project


    The project was designed and developed for the Department of Education and Training (DOET) Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam to enhance management capability of college administration and faculty; enhancement and development of pedagogy and curriculum; and the establishment of an Academic Quality Management System. By the completion of this Temasek Foundation‐funded project in 2011, there will be a sustainable and replicable model for TVET education in Vietnam.


  • July 2010 to June 2013
    Capability Development for Pedagogy, Curriculum Design and Development for Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project


    This Temasek Foundation‐funded project was developed for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, Mongolia (MECS). It is a three‐year TVET curriculum design and development and pedagogy enhancement project comprising two main components: TVET curriculum design and development specialist training programme, and TVET master trainers capability development programme.


  • October 2010 to September 2013
    Developing and Managing of Modern Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutions Project


    Funded by Temasek Foundation, this three‐year project was developed for the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, Indonesia (MoMT) to transform 110 participants from MoMT and MoMT‐VTCs into trained Specialists in Technical Institution Quality Assurance Framework and related systems and processes. These Specialists will also learn to design and develop customised training programmes and the supporting systems and processes. 50 of these Specialists will be selected to undergo further training to become Specialist Master Trainers. These Specialist Master Trainers will then train 150 programme participants from VTCs usingtheir customised training programme.
